Here is the deal

So I haven't written in a while. I think.
I feel like everything has been going my way lately.
This morning was horrible though. I messed up my banana pancakes, Mr. Kane gave us yet another pop quiz, his room was freezing, I got a bad grade in math, AND Ms. Moore told us we have a quiz on Friday. The one day I have to miss this week. Other than that my day has been great. I watched Gossip Girl. I usually don't like television but I can't help myself. I think I like not having to deal with my own drama. I like knowing about the people of the upper east side. Something about New York City has always attracted me. You already knew that though.

This is what I did today.

Today I woke up at 10:45. I think it was a reasonable time. My mother does not seem to agree. I carefully opened the blinds behind my headboard to let the light shine in. It was not particularly bright, but still enough to get me out of bed. I took a shower and pulled the first thing I found and threw it on. Light pink shorts and a plain white tee shirt. I decided to switch it up and throw on my Lacoste tennis shoes instead of the normal Converse. I ate subway for lunch and read my book. It was nice. I went to this college fair around 3 with Deanna. It was at the Civic Center and was super crowded. I might also add that I was very under dressed, oh well. We then went to Father and son. My FAVORITE little vintage shop in downtown Raleigh. I might add, I saw the artwork my art teacher, Mr. Sands has done. It was on sale there. I would have bought something but I don't know where I would have put it. All the artwork in my room was done by me and I'm sure my mother would not appreciate it if I hung a picture of a Zonkey on the mantel. It's not really her thing. I ended up just buying a magazine on Photography there. It's from 1966 and it's a double Issue. I bought it for $2.13 I think it was well worth it. We dropped off Deanna and I contemplated driving. I have my permit and it would be totally Legal but I don't know. I'm still way scared.
That's about it. I'll write more in a little. Mwah!

I have been Inspired lately.
I don't know what it is, maybe the rain, maybe the flowers.

Okay okay

So I know Tyson Ritter isn't an actor really, but still, he makes music, which is just as good, if not better.

He's still one of my favorites!

Favorite Actors/Actresses

I forgot to mention

I got my drivers permit. Scary huh? I know.
I'm excited, and nervous. Anxious? Yeah, that's the word.

Today I went for a drive. God, it was nice.
I kind of like driving.
I like knowing I'm in control. Knowing I can predict the outcome.

A lot of times I get frustrated because I don't know how something is going to end up.
I mean, It's not really a good thing but it's also not horrible.

I think it's something I should work on.
I need to let loose sometimes. I guess you could say I'm a little up tight.

Okay, maybe more than a little.
You know what I mean.

My new little black box

My little black box was too little. So, I got a new one. It is in the same place, maybe a little more inside, but still, my little box. It is no longer black, but is now blue. I love my new little blue box.

Love it love it love it.

Spring

I love spring. It is one of my favorite seasons. Everything is coming out, starting a new cycle. Birds sing endlessly, flowers bloom here and there. It is a time for change. Clean, fresh air surrounds every time you take a step outside. Rain passes every now and then and a rainbow can often be found in the sky. People seem a lot happier, friendlier. I love spring.

Here I sit

I sit at the same desk, every night, thinking.
I love this desk. I actually found it a few years ago? I snagged it for forty bucks. It might be one of the best purchases I've made. I absolutely love this desk. I can write whatever I want and I can hide whatever I want inside it. Tis beautiful.
